The El Paso Democratics supporting presidential candidate Barack Obama won a key ruling that will increase the number of delegates they can take to the state convention.
Today's ruling means that the split of delegates going to the state Democratic Party convention June 5-7 will be closer to the 75-25 split reflected among delegates who attended El Paso County's Democratic Party convention at the end of March.
