Steve Clemons of "The Washington Note" said that sources close to Senator Barack Obama have informed him Obama has decided on his VP candidate, though no name was divulged. What he did say is that it isn't Wesley Clark, Jack Reed, Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, or Evan Bayh. This leaves Tim Kaine, Bill Richardson, and Joe Biden as possibilities.
